Binding co-operation between partners

For us, sound management in accord with nature means viewing the soil, plants, animals and man as part of a unified whole. We work together exclusively with Biodynamic and organic enterprises, and with colleagues who share our understanding of quality. Collaborative organic growth is the aim, in which all those involved can participate in the success of the business. The overall goal is a binding co-operation between the partners.

Processing:

Processing should add value while not diminishing food quality, and our aim is to ensure that raw material quality is maintained, enhanced and made available for digestion.

We lay value on having raw materials for processing from the producer community. Strict Demeter or other organic standards for production through to processing ensure high standards are met.

Genetic technology:

Naturally we use no genetically modified materials since in the opinion of Demeter-Felderzeugnisse GmbH the production and release of genetically modified organism in agriculture is highly questionable and is to be condemned. It serves solely the production of made to measure raw materials using economic criteria without giving consideration to possible dangers to mankind or the environment. We believe nature should not be made to conform to the economy, but rather the economy to nature.

Additives:

It is self-evident that we use no artificial additives, colourings, preservatives, taste enhancers, isolated substances, aromas or other materials that could compromise maintaining product quality. Through consistently using natural processing technologies, our products are free from additives that require declaration on the label.

Vital quality to nourish the soul and spirit:

Our products are produced according to strict standards, and processed gently to maintain quality, so that not only vitamins and minerals but also the vital qualities of the products are maintained. Food is a luxury to be enjoyed, and its natural taste should be allowed to fully unfold in order to make eating a healthy pleasure.

The vital qualities of food can be measured using the so-called picture forming methods. These have been used for many years in particular in Biodynamic agriculture and in processing.

Mankind wants holistic nourishment!
